David Guba finaly got his first goal in the jersey of Termalica Nieciecza, the highest Polish competition. On Sunday hit the net of Gdynia (3: 1).

After a summer crossing to Poland you began to be a regular starter, but after that your name was missing for many weeks in the lineup of the team. What happened?

– I had a disc problems. It was an annoying injury, I missed almost three months.

Your comeback was great. In jersey of reserves you have scored a hat-trick.

– For the first competitive duel after an injury I joined our B, I’m glad I did well. For eighteen minutes I scored three goals. In a week I have played for our A already.

In the first meeting, you were on the pitch for 67 minutes, on Sunday 21. And you got your first goal in the Polish top league.

– I already scored before, but there is another player listed in the report.. I have officially scored the first goal now. It was after a cross from the left, I saw him up close. I’m glad I lived to see the premiere goal. But the most important thing was to win. After three losses we needed to get three points.

After 16 rounds you have the third position, which probably nobody expected.

– Exactly. We would still like to work hard on the remaining four matches in 2016 to have a nicer Christmas … (Smile). If we do so, we move closer to our goal, to be in a first 8 after 30th round.

Is the official language in the locker room Slovak?

– I know what you mean. The team contains up to seven Slovaks. We speak either Slovak and Polish. Most importantly, our team consists of a great party.
