FC Copenhagen base team in the fall? Always with Slovak defender Denis Vavrom. Our defender has gone through all competitions since he joined the club.

Denis, how would you rate your autumn action in Copenhagen?

– I’m very glad I played regularly. As for success, I have to divide it into two parts. In the home league with 6th place we can not be satisfied. But we moved from the group to the European League. What is great.

At the beginning of September, you have come to a completely new environment. How long did you get used to?

– I needed a few weeks. It was great that when I needed something, I was helped by Jano Gregush or colleague from defense Michael Lüftner.

What was the most difficult?

– Learn English to be able to communicate.

What is the Danish league? Can it compare to Slovak?

– Not. It’s completely somewhere else. In terms of quality, games, infrastructure. And let’s not talk about spectator interest.

Who are the fans of FC Copenhagen?

– They´re among the best in the country. They can create a fantastic environment. The most I was bored in the city derby against Bröndby.

What did you do in your free time?

– We had a lot of free time, as we played almost every third day. Mostly I breathed or jumped with my neighbor, my teammate Michael Lüftner for coffee.

In the 16th European Cup you will meet the Atletico Madrid. Are you not dreaming of Toress and Griezmann anymore?

– Not. I do not think at the moment about football, I’m just getting breath. I have to report in Copenhagen on January 8th.
